problem in nRF52 DK Board

dear sir,

i  have a nRF52DK board,

i want to power on the board  but not glowing LED and my laptop not detect the board while connect with laptop,

please given solution as soon as posible.

Are you referring to the nRF52832 DK? Can you try following this Getting Started guide?

yes , i have check but i think problem from hardwareside.

Can you see if you can find the board in Device Manager under COM ports? Have you tried different USB cables and different PCs? Was the DK like this out of the box?
