The SDK newest versions don't support nRF51x chips.

Hi, everyone,

We develop the project by using nRF52822 module. But suddnely we discovered that the latest supporting this chip sdk versionis 12.3. The SDK versions newer then it don't support this chip at all.

Does it mean that in the closest future nRF51xx chips will be removed from production and we should migrate the project to other chip or there exist any possiblity to use the newest SDK versions with nRF51822 chip?

If the possibility exists how is it possible to superpose SDK 14.xx version whith nRF51822 chip.

Hi!

We develop the project by using nRF52822 module.

I guess this was a typo, and you meant to say that you are using the nRF51822?

However, it is true that the latest SDK with support for the nRF51-series is SDK v.12.3.0.
And on a general basis I would advise you to upgrade to the nRF52-series instead of the nRF51-series.
This does not mean that we are planning to stop the production of the nRF51-series.
