JLink still not working with mBed on OS X

I just got an mBed board and I'm having trouble getting the J-Link to work on OS X even though I have version 4.90.

Can not connect to J-Link via USB.

The serial port and the disk image both show up fine, so the hardware is connected, but I can't get the debugger to connect. I also tried doing the disable_cdc script and unloading the kexts, but that had no effect.

Any ideas?
