Get started with nRF52-DK - problem with J-Link

Hi,

Sorry if this question is too simple - I tried to search existing threads before posting.

I just received the official nRF52-DK and would like to get it started, I unpacked it and connected it through (USB -> USB-C) to my MacBook Pro (macOS Pic1).

By following a few "get started pages"from nordicsemi.com as well as some videos, I have installed SEGGER Embedded Studio and loaded nRF52 SDK examples, it has no problem to build these examples. (segger Pic2).

The board has blinking LED and by default LED1 is pulsating. I have gone through the "get started page", everything seems fine (Setup Pic3, Pic4)

However, J-Link doesn't seem connectable, it always gives me "cannot connect J-Link via USB", my understanding is that this board should have J-Link OB, I'm completely new to embedded dev and has very limited understanding here, could you please help guide me troubleshoot and fix his issue? Thanks in advance!
