Porting PCA20006 Beacon F/W to PCA10001

I am try to porting nRF51822 Beacon v1.0.1 F/W for PCA20006 to PCA10001. I could change GPIO port setting for button and LED. Now normal beacon mode work fine and success to switch Config Mode to press button 0. But can not write bootloader. Following message is displayed. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Communicationtimed out: Requested 20 bytes, received 0 bytes! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Is this meaning ROM overflow? Please let me know how to solve this issue.

Hi

There might be more things needed in order to make the pca20006 work on the pca10001 evaluation kit. I do not quickly realize what that is exactly. However, the ble_app_beacon source code is provided in the nRF51 SDK for the pca10001 board, and you should use that instead. You should have full access to the nRF51 SDK if you have purchased the evaluation kit with the pca10001 board.
