Circuit configuration for USB Dongle using nrf52840

Hi, developers !

We are going to make a USB dongle that configures RF HID using nrf52840.

So when I look at the datasheet for circuit configuration, it says "High voltage mode is entered when the supply voltage is only connected to the VDDH pin and the VDD pin
is not connected to any voltage supply. "

Is the circuit shown below correct?

Do the dcc pins for the 1.3v decoupling voltage have to be connected?

The size of the USB dongle is very small and the nRF52840 is a bit bigger, so I want to remove the peripheral circuit as much as possible.

When VDDH is connected to 5V (VBUS), VDD should not be connected. Btw, you seem having wrong connections of D+ and D-:  D+ is connected to D- and D- to D+.

The components shown in the product specification, circuit configuration 1, are the minimum you need: 

All the decoupling capacitors must be in place. The 32 kHz crystal is optional though.

I know there is no voltage on the vdd pin when in high voltage mode. Do I have to have a capacitor like c6, c7?
