about nrf51822 and chip antenna layout

I am making a module using nrf51822 and a chip antenna.

I need a layout from nrf51822 to a chip antenna through matching chircuit.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to tune antenna.

so, I will copy a layout in terms of chip antenna.

How can I get that layout? I also want to know a part number of chip antenna.

and,

This is another question.

In nrf51822 Developement kit, there are samples of nrf51822.

What kind of pakage is nrf51822 such as QFAA or QFAB???

regards.

  • Tuning an antenna is always an issue as it depends on many factors including what material is the casing, how much material is there etc. Copy the reference layouts for prototypes. For production, you should perform thourough analysis as stated in the "Antena tuning" document using the spectrum analyser. If you can't perform those measurements, avoid using thick plastic enclosures and installing any metal parts close to the antenna as all those issues can detune the antenna quite significantly. Also, design the ground planes properly.
