Hello,
We are testing a new device based on nRF52832. With our RF power meter the received power from the nRF52 is different if we use constant carrier or PBRS9 with 37 bytes payload. Our test lab. uses always PBRS9 37 bytes to test the output power.
We don't know if this is a problem of our power meter that is unable to measure well the Tx power when the signal is modulated or is a normal behaviour.
When you express in the datasheet that the TX power of NRF52 is +4 dBm, is testing it in PBRS9 37 bytes, constant carrier, other?
For comparison, the results for the same device, set Tx power to +4dBm, DTS firmware are:
- Constant carrier reading: 3.9 dBm
- PBRS9 37 bytes: 3.2 dBm
Thanks in advance!
