can I use computer to control the nrf51?

I ve installed CSR bluetooth 4.0 adapter , it can communicated with even the bluetooth 2.0 devices, how ever it even can not discovery the board when I programed the softDevice and project under s110. what is wrong?

now I buy ivt10 software, I can find one device nordic_hrm when programming the hrs, other projects never can show. may I know how can I send control datas to ble devices from computer ? USB dongle?
