can I use computer to control the nrf51?

I ve installed CSR bluetooth 4.0 adapter , it can communicated with even the bluetooth 2.0 devices, how ever it even can not discovery the board when I programed the softDevice and project under s110. what is wrong?

    First figure out why you can't see any other projects. I think HID KB must be discovered on WIndowsin any case. What windows version are you using? Maybe try to change USB Bluetooth dongle, I have Asus BT400 and it works fine in Windows 7.
