can I use computer to control the nrf51?

I ve installed CSR bluetooth 4.0 adapter , it can communicated with even the bluetooth 2.0 devices, how ever it even can not discovery the board when I programed the softDevice and project under s110. what is wrong?

    Hi Nikita, Thanks a lot I think if the chip supplier of 4.0 adapter offer driver API even the XP can work too. unfortunately they not offered yet. may be they will offer in near future. So now what I do is make my own dongle? may be I can try to use 2540 to make a dongle and use 518 to make devices, the 518 not offer USB driver.crazy work.
