IDLE State Bluetooth Mesh

I found the next response in a topic and i would like to know if there are some new improvements in the last SDK mesh 2.01.

I turn off my board thanks to <sd_power_system_off()> but i still have a consumption around 350uA.

I use a NRF52840 PDK Board and I turn the switch to nRF ONLY. 

I want to known if there is a solution to decrease the consumption.

In system OFF mode the chip will not consume 350uA. Can you try to put NRF_POWER->SYSTEMOFF =1; in top of main and see what happens?

Can you also explain your test setup, how you measure current and which state the switches on the DK are in? Thanks

I think I did not use the right method to perform the current measurement. I used a USB cut cable on which I connect the power supply with the ammeter in series like this:

So I did an other measure like this : 

By following the steps described in the link above.and I found a result that seems more consistent with what is described in the following page:

Can you confirm that the result I obtained is correct? My current value varies between 1.1µA and 0.3 μA when the device is in system off state.

And i conclued that calling : NRF_POWER->SYSTEMOFF =1; or sd_power_system_off(); have the same effect.

The result seems to be correct. You will see some variation in the current because of refresh spikes, the regulator charging up capacitors regularly to provide power to the chip, however the average current over time will be about 0.4uA
