All I know is its Out of Bound..Correct ?

Where do you read "OOBS Information"?

In Bluetooth Mesh there is a concept of "Out of Band Information", abbreviated to "OOB Information", but I am not aware of "OOBS Information".

Hi,

OOB Information is used during provisioning (which is the process of accepting a new device into the network.) In order to verify that the device being provisioned is the correct device, either the provisioner and the new device use a preprogrammed key, or some data is generated on one of them and put onto the other.
