No communication between nRF Mesh mobile app and nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh_v2.0.1_src\examples\light_switch\client

I used nRF Mesh app both iOS and Android versions to communicate with 

 nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh_v2.0.1_src\examples\light_switch\client 

and 

 nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh_v2.0.1_src\examples\light_switch\server

The Bluetooth of both iPhone and Android phone were both off for a few minutes.  The Client and Server DKs were connected to difference PCs.  I tried turn on client only with server off; and both client and server were on.  

In iphone, the message I got from Scanner tab was "No Nodes Found"

In Android phone, the message I got from Scanner tab was "Can't see your Node?"

Please let me know whether nRF Mesh app work with light_switch example.  If not, please let me know which example will work with this app.  Otherwise, please let me know how to make it work.

After using mobile app, I successfully used a third DK to provision both client and server, please see screen shot.

Both iphone and Android app were released versions downloaded from the stores.  Please let me know how to use the nRF Mesh mobile app.  Thanks.

I would take a look at this link for help. You will need to use the light switch proxy client & proxy server examples if you want to provision by phone. The proxy examples use PB-GATT to communicate to smartphones & then use PB-ADV to communicate over mesh to each other.

Do you have any document to teach me how to use the app, such as configure so that my clients and servers can communication?  Thanks.

Great to hear! I believe the only documentation available is in the links provided in the youtube video. There is a bit more documentation available in the source code for the iOS provisioning & configuration app. It includes sample FW that you can use for the nrf52832 dev kits.

can you please tell how you get these logs and in which tool at what baudrate?I suppose this is some hyperterminal ?

If you are referring to the logs at the top, they can be found when debugging a segger embedded studio project.
