NFC Tag memory size

Dears,

Can I know NFC Tag memory size?

In case of NFC record_url, total flash size is 13.4KB and ram size is 17.9KB to use SDK15.

I am curious to know the memory size related to NFC tag.

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand your question, but our solution supports NFC type 2 and 4 tag for nRF52 series

• Type 2 is 1kB of tag memory and read only
• Type 4 is 16kB of tag memory and read and write
