How to erase single byte form FLASH?

NRF_NVMC->ERASEPAGE

I think it take too long time.

So, I am try to erase single byte by this:

NRF_NVMC->CONFIG = (NVMC_CONFIG_WEN_Een << NVMC_CONFIG_WEN_Pos);
while (NRF_NVMC->READY == NVMC_READY_READY_Busy);

*start_add = 0xFFFFFFFF;
while (NRF_NVMC->READY == NVMC_READY_READY_Busy);

NRF_NVMC->CONFIG = (NVMC_CONFIG_WEN_Ren << NVMC_CONFIG_WEN_Pos);
while (NRF_NVMC->READY == NVMC_READY_READY_Busy);

but it is not working, so how should I do?

You can't erase erase just one byte, you have to erase the whole page. If you need to erase just one byte and keep the rest, you have to store the page somewhere, erase the original page and write it back, minus the byte you want to erase. 

There's no EEPROM on the device, which you would need to be able to erase single bytes.
