nrf51 reset reason 0xD

I have an issue with my board. It resets occassionally itself. When the board is starting by debugger and when it resets itself I can read 0xD in RESETREAS register. What does that mean? 3 different reset reasons, which one to choose?

Oh, I can see it. One has to clear resetreas by writing ones to it. Did you find out the reason for your board resetting when starting the debugger?

Yes Martin, After wakeup from reset, you read the register and clear them else they will start to become cumulative.
