however I can not find how to handle it .

if I want to use this function nrf_gpio_pin_set(); nrf_gpio_cfg_output();

what is the port number for p0.24 ??

And what document can I find about this data?

You can just use the number of your pin:

#define MY_LED 24
...
nrf_gpio_cfg_output(MY_LED);
nrf_gpio_pin_set(MY_LED);
