Question about PCA10040 current measurement

Hi, I was trying to measure the current consumption on my PCA10040 dev board.

I have followed the online guide to prepare the board. However, when I connect the Amp meter I get a different reading from the power supply:

Power supply: ~300uA

Amp meter: ~25uA

Which one is correct? Is there some component on the Dev board consume some power that is not measured by Amp meter?

Please describe your setup. Where do you connect the amp meter and where do you connect the power supply. In general there are several components on the board that draw current other than the nRF chip. Use the nRF current measurement headers to get only the current going into the nRF chip.
