nRF52-DK Sniffer doesn't detect all BLE devices near by

Hi,

I am using wireshark with  nRF52 as a sniffer. While searching for advertising devices a bunch of same type of BLE devices are not detecting by nRF52 as well as I also tried Adafruit BLE sniffer which gives me the same outcome. when I am using the nRF connect app (on iPhone) all BLE devices are detecting even those which were not detecting.

  Does anyone why is happening?

Could you describe a little bit more about the devices that couldn't be detected using our sniffer ? Which vendor was that ? 

Could you take a screenshot with nRFConnect ? 

I would suggest you play a little bit with the Adv Hop, try to use one channel at a time (37 38 39).
