How to Connect a Custom Board With the with the nrf52?

i am trying to Connect a custom board with the nrf52 over the bluetooth. nrf52 is running with the BLE_nus 

.i am trying to connect it with the uuid in the program is like type=0x02,and the uuid is 0x0001.

how can i connect to the nrf52 which is a peripheral here!

If you are running the peripheral example on the nRF52 DK. You should use the central example: nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a\examples\ble_central\ble_app_uart_c on the custom board. Note that the UART service is proprietary and  therefor uses a 128bit UUID.

in my work  nordic nrf52 is the peripheral and the Atmel samb11 is the Central ..how to connect to the atmel using the uuid ?

what would be the uuid that should be provided to make a connection and transfer data?

i am trying to estsblish a connection but that is not posiible!
