Regarding nRF connection

• In the Nordic thingy board , We tried to connect it to a iPhone using NFC .
• But it didn't connect . When we gave add a device in iPhone and tap the Thingy52 nothing happened.
• We even tried to scan the entire antenna , still nothing happened .
• We also searched for 8 digit code to connect but we couldn't find it . 
• What should we do now ?

It is always useful for us when you ask a question on Devzone to give as much relevant information as possible. Such as, which iPhone are you using? 

Are you using the Thingy app for iOS? Did you tap to pair with NFC on the Thingy app when you tried pairing? Did you take the black rubber case off of the Thingy when you tried to pair with the iPhone?
