Linker Setting - Application Start RAM

Hi,

Is there a general rule of thumb which would help me to calculate or take an educated guess at the Application start RAM ?

Try looking into the softdevice specification that correspond to your softdevice.

You can use start-of-RAM in case you used neither softdevice nor MBR.
