Hi Saif

There is a ESB user guide in the nRF5 SDK documentation, detailing the ESB implementation in the nRF5 series. 

You can also refer to the Enhanced Shockburst chapter in the nRF24L01+ datasheet, which I believe has the most comprehensive overview of the ESB protocol.
If you are planning to use the nRF24L01+ (your other case mentions it) this is probably the best place to start.
