We rarely use S parameter calculations in-house because the amount of simulation needed for it to be useful requires a lot more resources than sticking a pi-network to the board and measuring the output power and harmonics of the radio. If you get +3dBm (including ~1dB cable loss) with a good 10dB margin on harmonics after the match/filter then you're good. We offer a free tuning service where we do this for customers who do not have the equipment or knowledge to do so themselves. 

If you want to simulate stuff you should focus on the antenna as is this is where most of the RF energy is wasted, and if you still need the S-parameters I can get you that after the holidays, but I need to know what package you're using.
