Antenna Matching

Perhaps some more information would be helpful.

You don't specify the hardware nor the circuit that you're using as a reference to what I assume are component labels.

we need this for the Bluetooth output of the NRF52832

S21 is the forward transmission term of the scattering matrix and not useful here unless you were to somehow have access to the inside of the nRF.

The recommended antenna load or S11 conjugate is in the product specification.

I should also point out that not always is the best load a conjugate of the souce. So it is possible the spec antenna load is not a conjugate of the nRF output. It will be just what they determined to be best.
