Hi,
The description found from infocenter: DLL reported error.
Can you give more details about your setup:
Are you using an nrf52 dev kit or a custom board? Which OS are you running? Can you see a JLINK drive under file explorer when you attach the device via USB? Have you tried different computers/cables?
I'm trying to get the details about the setup. It's at our CM in China. In the meantime, I can say this: they are programming our boards after assembly, and some program fine while others do not, so it's unlikely to be the tools, but rather we're trying to see if the error message can help us understand what's wrong with the failing boards.
Thanks,
Scott
Here's a little more info: We are using a custom board.
It is running on Windows 7.
JLink does not show up as a drive, but it does show up as a device in
device manager.
We have tried different computers/cables and we get the same results
for those particular boards, i.e. the failing boards.
Is there an update on this issue? I've provided all of the information I have available, I think.
Thanks,
Scott
Hi,
Are you using nrfjprog to program the board?
Can you run the nrfjprog command with the --log option and then upload the log?
