Programming of Nordic thingy:52

Can we program a Nordic thingy 52 in such a way so that if a person blows on the thingy, led will glow after a certain threshold value we fix ?

They have a pressure sensor on board with an inbuilt temperature compensation. If you blow over that sensor and if you can capture that difference in temperature, you can very well do anything after that. For example, lighting up an LED.
