ble_app_hrs not working on nRF toolbox.

I flashed S110 softdevice and ble_app_hrs application to nRF51822 on PCA10005 with nRF6310. and then I tested by nRF toolbox on iPhone5s. But ble_app_hrs application seems to not working.. The HRM of nRF toolbox can pair with ble_app_hrs. but nothing happened.
