nRF52832 support Bluetooth tethering?

I want to send data from the device to the server in some way.

We plan to connect the device and Android via Bluetooth and connect to the network using Android's 4G line.

I have to communicate with power saving. So, I'm planning to use Bluetooth (or BLE).

If Bluetooth tethering is available I do not need to create an Android gateway application.

Please tell me if it is available.

IDE : Arduino IDE

Server OS : Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

As far as I know tethering is a bluetooth classic functionality. Our chip only supports BLE. We don't have any examples using an android phone as a gateway, but we have many options for using a linux based router, RPi, etc. as a gateway and connect to a server over 6lowpan.
