nrf52832 go system off/ low-power mode and wakeup by gpio

Hello. I have discovered similar questions, but it's still not clear for me. I also have cheched pwr_mgmt example, but as I understand all operations with power mode in board support libary, which I can not use not with nrf52-DK. So can you explaine me, how can I put nrf52832 to sleep and low-power mode? And how can I configure gpio to wake-up it?
If I have skiped paragraph about this in infocenter, I will be thankfull for link on it.

In order to put nrf52832 to "system OFF sleep mode" you need to call  sd_power_system_off(), which puts the system to the deepest power saving mode.

The system can be woken up through a DETECT signal generated by GPIO pins, check out this link for more information about DETECT signals. Configurations of individual pins is done through the SENSE field in the PIN_CNF[n] register, and can be set by calling nrf_gpio_cfg_sense_input(...). However, system OFF will disable all peripherals except for GPIO, LPCOMP and NFC, and after waking up the system gets reset.

Another possibility is to put the system into System ON sleep mode, where the system will wake up on any event, and can be invoked by calling sd_app_evt_wait(). All the peripherals can be used and you can use GPIOTE interrupts to wake it up.
