What tools I need to flash nRF58122 chip in my prototype

Hi, I have developed the firmware using nRF51822 Development Kit. I now want to get to put the firmware on nRF51822 chip used in breadboard. I got a smt adapter with nRF51822 chip mounted.

What hardware and software I need to flash the firmware to the chip. I see some discussion on how to productionize the firmware, but don't find a clear approach at prototyping phase.

Any help is appreciated.

  • All you need is a j-link programmer like the one that came bundled with the DK kit and an appropriate header on your PCB . You can however use any J-link model. More information regarding the j-link can be found at segger.com
