Would it be possible to add gatt proxy to the ble_app_uart_coexist example so it could be provisioned from the mesh app?

Or will the BLE uart service interfere with the gatt proxy?

Hi,

Yes, you can combine the GATT proxy feature with other BLE connections.

As always, note that any radio usage decreases the amount of radio time available for the Mesh stack, so have that in mind if you start to see decreased performance of the Mesh network.
