PPK crash

Hi,

I try to use the PPK to measure the current on my custom firmware.

The material:

PCA10028 (V1.1.0) with PCA63511 (rev 1.0.0 and rev 1.1.0) and nRF Connect V2.4.0 (windows 10 x64).

The device I would like to measure it's a keyfob with nRF51822 (connected to P16), normaly this device is powered by a CR2032.

PCA63511 switch configuration : SW2=External, SW4=Reg, COM=DK

To verify the output of the PPK I replace the keyfob by a multimeter (FLUKE 175) on P16.

Some trouble I have (tested with the two PCA63511 I have):

  1. Below 2V the output stay to the previous value. Exemple, set the output to 3600mV and after set it to 1850mV: the output stay to 3.6V
  2. The output is not accurate: set 2713mV=out give me 2550mV (3.6V is OK, I get 3.599)
  3. If you move to many time the cursor, the output is not correct (I set it to 3168mV and the output equal 2294mV) (without a command failed message)
  4. I get alot of "PPK command failed", with "PPK connection failure

Best regards
