nrf51822, SDK 9 and Segger Embedded Sutdio

We are using a nrf51822AC Chip with SDK 9 and Softdevice S110. We want to use Segger Embedded Studio 3.40.

I have imported the BLE HRS Sample from the SDK an did the settings as described in https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/b/blog/posts/segger-embedded-studio-a-cross-platform-ide.

Now I have the following problem: each call to the softdevice ends in a fault handler I think (see picture below)

Has anyone an idea or a SES project for the chip with S110 working?
