nRF52840 voltage when io output high level

Hi Nordic engineers,

I found a  strange problem that NRF52840 voltage of io high level  is just about 2.65v~2.71v. I am sure that the voltage mode is normal voltage mode (VDD and VDDH are connected together). And the power supply voltage to VDD (VDDH) is 3.3v. I have verify it on P0.18 and P0.05. Both the 2 pins have the same voltage output.

The problem is resovled. The issue is that the voltage measuring tool is broken.

Q1: Are you testing this on a DK or on a custom board? The DK has a series diode that will drop the voltage to approx. 2.8V (depending on the load)

Q2: Do you have anything connected to these two GPIOs? If you increase the current consumption of a GPIO output, it will drop in voltage.
