Getting started with Development kit nrf52832

I have just received my development kit and following the getting started instructions on website. But I am stuck at point 7 of this link https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Getting-started-with-the-nRF52-Development-Kit where it says that I would see a jlink removable drive in my file explorer, but I can see nothing like that. what could be the possible mistake that I am making?

Have you tried using a different micro usb cable or using a different usb port? Sometimes, I receive a similar issue & it can help to restart your computer.

I just changed the USB cable. The first one was powering up the board but i think it was not meant for data transfer. Thanks,

Great! This is a common question we receive a lot & often times switching the usb cable solves it.
