Do I need to disable the twi when I transfer some byte ?

I can not get information about the power consumption when twi is enabled and idle. It just state the current when it is running. So do I need to disble it when it is idle?

Are you using TWI master og TWI slave peripheral? With or without EasyDMA? Please have a look at this section of the product specifications.

I'm using TWI master and easyEMA is not used.
