Couldn't find IC revision of nRF52832QFAAB0 in compatibility matrix.

Hi all,

I have a module with nRF52832QFAAB0 IC, I'm looking for the IC revision in the compatibility matrix here.

Unfortunately I didn't find any packet variant and build code combination that match my module, the nearest combination is QFAA for packet vaiant and Bx0 for Build code. Am I right?

Hi,

 

The chip in your module is indeed a QFAA with build code Bx0. The 'B0' in the marking on your chip is the B and x of the build code, the 0 is not printed on the chip. In other words, this is a 'Production 1' revision chip.
