nrf connect bootloader programming of NRF52840 dongle - Error -> Region starting from 0x0 is detected

Hi

I am trying to load my shiny new NRF52840 dongle with a simple blinky app using the nRF Connect (v2.4.0) but I get an error stating that the 'Region starting from 0x0 is detected'

and the 'write all to devkit' button on the application is greyed out. Any idea how I can get this to program??

Also, I have do have a Tag-Connect LLC TC2050-IDC lead that at some point I would like to use to program/debug the nRF52840 dongle with - can I use the on-board Segger interface from an nRF52840 preview DK board to uses as the JTAG interface - if so what are the connections I need to make ??

For your last question, you can use the SWD interface on the dongle with a nRF DK.
