nRF51822 qfn package spec

Hello!

I would like to use the nRF51822 and build a pcb design in Eagle. While i tried to create a new package i couldn't find any specification for the qfn-48 6x6 the nRF51822 is using. Did i miss a document?

Please let me know if there is a Nordic specific specification or if i can use another one.

You can find it in product specification nRF51822_PS v2.0.pdf in "9 Mechanical specifications" on page 54.
