Eddystone example code for Smart Beacon Kit (PCA20006)

I am currently working on implementing The Smart Beacon Kit with the Eddystone protocol. I only have basic knowledge in C, but I have successfully implemented the nrf_beacon example which uses the iBeacon protocol. This is more or less due to that there already is a Keil code for the PCA20006 board. In the eddystone example code, there is no such thing. This makes it so annoying since i have read here - Eddystone experimental - that with the s110, it can be implemented successfully. I have got it to work om my NRF51822 with the PCA10028 board and with SoftDevice 130.  Is there any way that I can change the PCA10028 file to fit the PCA20006? I there a easier way to implement the eddystone protocol?

Hi Jan Arne,

We do not have any Eddystone example for the beacon kit. The easiest is probably to just use a DK instead. However, you should be able to fit the Eddystone example form SDK 12.3 on a beacon kit after making some adjustments. Please refer to Using the SDK with other boards for information about how to adjust a SDK example for other boards.

Thank you for your help, but I still need to ask a follow up question. In this thread, there is mentioned support for the PCA20006: 

- "The example supports broadcasting Eddystone-URL packets, and it includes project files for the nRF51-Beacon (pca20006)."

Is it so that it only works for S110?
