No Serial Ouput until turn on debugging

I'm using Rigado BMD350 evaluation board. I'm printing to serial port (COM3, speed 112500) using NRF_LOG_INFO.

However, the logging does not appear until debugging is turned on (Keil --> Start/Stop Debug Session --> Stop Debugging). Are there any settings should be changed?

What code are you running on the board? Have you tried any of the examples from the SDK, to see if they output logs on the UART without entering debug mode?
