ble_app_buttonless_dfu cant work with internal clock

I changed only source clock part to internal clock and it doesn't do advertising. When I debug it, it starts to run. When I finish the debug session advertising stops again. It is same with the original ble_app_buttonless_dfu app(only difference is internal clock) and my own application.  How can I solve it?
