Looking for the carrier tape spec for nRF52810-CAAA

Hi,

I am looking for the carrier tape spec for nRF52810-CAAA.

I am referring to the following document but nRF52810 is not listed.

nWP024 - Embossed Tape and Reel Packaging.pdf

Please advise me the carrier tape spec for nRF52810-CAAA, such as tape width, pitch and size of the pocket.

Dear Shinagawa-san,

Below the missing information for the nRF52810-CAAA. (in reference to table 3 on page 7/8 of document  nWP024)

As already indicated the dimensions P and W are the same as for the other CSP products.

• P: 8mm
• W: 12mm
• A: 2,67mm
• B: 2,69mm
• Pin1 orientation: Quadrant 1

Above will be included in the next version of the nWP-024 document. (most likely when the nRF52810-CAAA is released)
