2.nRF51822-QFAC-R7
3.nRF51822-QFAC-R

I am searching for nrf51822-QFACAx chip, can you suggest exact chip number fullfilled my requirement?

As usual this is all in the product specification for nRF51822 (http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF51822_PS_v3.3.pdf)  , table 82, container codes. ie there's no difference apart from packaging and it's pretty unlikely you care about that unless you're building your own production line.
