I'm using the ble_app_uart code with the nRF UART 2.0 just made available on app store yesterday for iOS7 (I'm using iOS 7.0.2) and both RX/TX are working great. try the app store...

sorry typo, iOS code is running "nRF UART ver 1.0.1" app from apple store, which ble_app_uart code is running on nRF51822 ?
