51822 problem: the device unexpectedly restarted, the current of the device becomes more than 800 ua, and the same as the jlink download current; the software reset current is still so large, can not be restored, only the power-off restart can be restored. Have you encountered this reason?

What power supply are you using? What was the voltage when the device restarted? Could you try to measure the voltage when recreating this behavior?

This happens accidentally, it is not easy to measure the battery voltage at that time.

What are the markings on top of the chip you are using?

I assume you are reducing the 5v battery voltage to something that is within spec for the chip? i.e. lower than 3.6v.
