How to program bootloader with ULInk plus programmer

Hi, 

Referring to bootloader programming article  - there's a post-build phase of programming UICR.BOOTLOADERADDR

The article describe how to  use nrfjprog to do this which, as I understand, rely on using JLink programmer (or the DK equivalent)

How its done with ULink Plus programmer ?
