Why the current will go above 4ma when I add a app_button?

I do my project with the sample BEL_APP_HRS when I add a app_button? The current wii go above 4ma

Show the time axis and 100mV = 1mA? In any case, try to measure current consumption in low-power mode (in sd_app_evt_wait(), i.e. don't start advertising), it should be a few uA even with button.

As Nikita mentions above here, what are the scales on the axis above? Are you able to measure the current in sd_app_evt_wait()?
